How to book
From first email to the first run.
What happens after you get in touch, when money is due, and what we need from you.
The process
Five steps.
Dates for the 2027 season are set with each group rather than published as fixed departures, so the first conversation decides the week.
Tell us roughly when
Send an enquiry with the rough dates you have in mind and how many of you there are. No deposit at this stage, and no obligation. We answer within twelve hours.
We confirm a week
We check the snowcat, the guides and the lodge against your dates and come back with what is open. The tour is priced on a group of twelve; if you are fewer, we will tell you what that means before you commit.
30% deposit holds it
A thirty per cent deposit confirms your place. It is non-refundable, but if we cancel for conditions it is retained and carried over rather than lost — see the booking conditions.
Balance 40 days out
The remainder is due no later than forty days before the tour starts. Around this point we will ask about ability, equipment you need, dietary requirements and single-room requests.
Book flights to Pristina
Fly into Pristina International Airport. Send us your arrival and departure times and we will meet you there — transfers both ways are included.
Payment
When money is due.
Cancelling more than forty days out refunds the final payment but not the deposit. Cancelling inside forty days refunds neither. Full detail on the booking conditions page.
What we need from you
Four things, before you arrive.
None of it is complicated, but the last two are genuinely required and we will chase you for them.
- Your arrival and departure flight times, so we can plan the transfers
- Ski ability, and any equipment you need us to arrange
- Dietary requirements — the kitchen caters for them if it knows in advance
- Travel insurance covering off-piste skiing. This is not included and not optional
